The Committee takes the stewardship of the Blues Society seriously and believe it is important that all stakeholders are engaged and understand what we are trying to achieve.  

In 2021 we published the first strategy on a page, which you can see below. 

The approach is based on our the four key stakeholders in the blues community.  We believe that all are equally important and we plan to build our relationships with each.  The stakeholders are:

• Blues enthusiasts (we like to think they are members) the community of people who attend, enjoy, watch, listen to and support  blues music. 
• Musicians The people who make and perform the blues
• Venues where live blues is given a stage.
• Industry The organisations such as APRA-AMCOS who support the music industry
